‘Solution Architecting’ is the only stand-alone longitudinal workshop and coaching offered by First AvocaDO [our services are all consulting-driven interventions]. The longitudinal coaching is broken into 2 packages:

  • Package 1 – 5-day workshop-based learning.
  • Package 2 – 2 months long coaching-based learning on real-world scenarios. Participants may opt only for Package 1 at the onset.

Phase 1 [5 days] – Workshop based:
The workshop is aimed at understanding the importance of a structured approach to fact-finding and solution development, increase buy-in from stakeholders in conflicting environments.

By raising awareness of the need for a systematic approach to business improvement and the application of proven tested models, participants will be able to use their subject knowledge in the most effective way in proposing solutions to internal or external stakeholders. Phase 2 [2 months] – Coaching on real-world scenarios:
First Avocado consultants will mentor and coach on framing problems, data Collection, analysis, and presentation based on the proven framework and structured thinking. This will be done on an existing problem for a specific business or department.

Real-world cases will be used to present recommendations to the stakeholders. During this, participants will also identify ways to accept and challenge feedback and resistance in the most professional and effective way.
This a cross-functional skill development exercise that strengthens organizational change champions and innovation-led capabilities.
