HSYWE Fundraising – Day 1

The  program will cover the following 

1. Strengthening commitment & motivation for fundraising (Day 1)
2. Collective ideation and buy-in for specific ideas (Day 1)
3. Develop a detailed plan covering resource issues and achieving stakeholder’s buy-in and commitment (Day 1)
4. Event Execution (Day 2)
5. Institutional Learning and Gearing for next one (Day 3 – 2 hour extension for introspection)
