A 3 day Workshop and 2 phased longitudinal Coaching Sessions to focus on the following objectives and and outcome
1. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
- Longitudinal grooming of newly appointed mentors
- Develop coaching and mentor-ship skills
- Develop a strong mentor-mentee ecosystem to support institutional objectives
2. PROGRAM OUTCOME:
Participants will able to
- Develop skills and process understanding of mentor-ship roles
- Apply GROW in mentee’s personal / professional development plan – identify, set goals, assess and work together for success
- Engage as a ‘mentor’ and (and not as dependent or adopter)
- Giving feedback and Whole Body Listening (two very important communication skills for mentors) for impact
- Fostering behavioral change using trans- theoretical model
